- United States: Free shipping on orders over $49.99 USD; $12.99 USD shipping fee for orders of $49.99 USD or below
- Canada: Free shipping on orders over CAD$69.59; CAD$12.99 shipping fee for orders of C$49.99 or below
6. Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided for all shipped orders. Tracking details correspond to the selected shipping carrier and can be monitored via the carrier’s official tracking system.

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All products sold on our website are tax-inclusive. Customers are not required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.
9. Undeliverable / Incorrect Address
Orders are shipped based on the address provided at checkout. Customers are fully responsible for the accuracy of their shipping address.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:
- No refunds will be issued
- No replacement or reshipment will be provided
