At SLAUL, we are committed to providing a transparent, fair, and compliant return and refund process for our customers. Please review this policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

Eligible Shipping Regions

This Return & Refund Policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States and Canada.

SLAUL does not currently offer international sales, returns, or exchanges outside these regions.

Return & Exchange Window

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return or exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by SLAUL, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons (such as a change of mind or incorrect selection), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Inspection & Approval Process

Once a returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements.

SLAUL reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned item shows signs of use, damage, alteration, or does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item has passed inspection.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Currency & Refund Method

  • Orders shipped to the United States are charged and refunded in U.S. Dollars (USD)
  • Orders shipped to Canada are charged and refunded in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase and in the same currency as the original transaction.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return window.

All exchanges are subject to product availability and inventory status.

The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to complete the return process for the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

You may be asked to provide supporting evidence, such as photos or a brief description of the issue, to help us resolve the matter efficiently.

Cancelled or Refused Deliveries

If an order is cancelled after shipment or refused upon delivery, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount once the item is returned to us.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without providing justification.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
