Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Slaul. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all ladies' hair clips purchased from our store. Please review carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Timeframe

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their hair clip(s). Requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or missing parts upon arrival
  • The item received is not the one ordered
  • The item is significantly different from the description (e.g., color, size)

3. Non-Eligible Returns

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items damaged by the customer

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the product showing the issue
  3. Our customer service team will review and provide a return authorization and the return address
  4. Ship the item back securely to the provided address

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days after Slaul receives and inspects the returned item to ensure it meets the return requirements
  • Shipping costs are not refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your hair clip for the same item or a different one of equal value:

  • Contact our customer service for approval and instructions
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges, unless it is due to our error

7. Important Notes

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above requirements
  • Keep your shipping receipt or tracking number until your refund is confirmed
